Value engineering is a service that DAC provides to clients who would want to have a peer review and/or second opinion on their project plans and calculations. Due to extensive experience and coverage of different engineering disciplines, DAC has the ability to review the project information to provide consultation in reducing the cost of construction. On the other hand, DAC would be able to review the project plans, specification, and calculations for quality control and due diligence. Developers, engineers, architects, and contractors retain our company to provide value engineering on their projects at various stages of the project. At times this may occur during the construction of the project, where some complication may arise as the result of unforeseen site conditions and/or other construction difficulties.
